We need more of a connection between the community and hospital for frail older people.

If you are close to a person with dementia or severe memory issues, you might be having a difficult time explaining the benefits of immunisation. 

At the end of life, dignity is a concept we tend to associate with basic health management, but it is so much more than that.

We protect the elderly, and try to mitigate risk of illness or harm, but what about the 1.5 million people in the UK living with a  learning disability?
